The hotel is wonderful, clean, with outstandingly accommodating staff. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.- The rooms were huge, new-fashioned, and ideal for us.- The breakfast was delicious and abundant with a good choice of meals.- Its location not too far from Konigsallee was marvelous and absolutely perfect.

The staff members were extremely helpful and nice. I left before breakfast and they prepared a very good lunchbox at my request. The Hotel is extremely well located close to the Duesseldorf HBf and the free transportation ticket is a major plus to go around. Close to major shops in the city, which is great for shopping. I recommend this hotel with no reservations.

The hotel is very convenient for the city, cental station and, therefore, the airport. I had not realised that this is a hostel rather than a hotel so it is a little basic but has all the basic amenities you need for a budget stay plus you get free tram & rail travel with your booking

The double room on the upper floors was arranged nicely when we arrived. The hotel's location next to the reception area was convenient.- The hotel's proximity to the central railway station, main station, city centre, and Dusseldorf made it easily accessible after an evening flight.

Quite and clean rooms, polite personal working every day 24-hours, breakfest including, Internet, WC and TV in each room. Very close to Main station, in 3 minutes can reach train, U-banh, S-banh, bus and tram staions.

It's very convenience traveling by train. And Hotel is clean, silent and good breakfast at ground floor.

With this last minute reservation, I did not expect much. But for less than €75/day, I was surprisingly impressed. The impeccable service was better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed. The receptionist even went so far as to map out destinations for me - just like a high-end concierge. They were friendly, clean and well-located. I was even impressed with the free breakfast - better than any us continental breakfasts! The wifi is limited, however. So, you need to walk across to the Starbucks. But, if you are on a budget, it's a small price to pay.
